JUSTLending is a newly established financial services provider specialising in pension-backed lending solutions. We are proudly registered with the National Credit Regulator (NCRCP) and committed to offering innovative, compliant, and responsible credit options to South African employees.

OUR CORE FOCUS

To provide affordable housing loans secured against employees’ pension or provident fund savings, in line with provisions outlined in the Pension Funds Act (Section 19(5)(a) and 37D). This alternative form of home financing allows individuals who may not qualify for traditional home loans to access funding using their accumulated retirement savings.

    Ayanda Mjekula

    CHAIRMAN

    Expertise: Finance and strategic leadership

    Qualifications: Master of Business Administration (Financial Accounting)

    • Bachelor of Arts

    Mr Mjekula brings decades of expertise in finance, banking, and strategic leadership. He holds an MBA in Financial Accounting and a Bachelor of Arts, and is a member of the Institute of Directors in South Africa.

    With a career spanning executive roles at Nedbank and Standard Bank, he was the first black executive manager in South African banking. He has chaired boards across finance, energy, and development sectors, including UBank, the Central Energy Fund, and the Coega Development Corporation, and contributed to enterprise and supplier development through SASDA.

    Mr Mjekula also supports arts, education, and community initiatives as a trustee and board member of several organisations, including the National Arts Festival and the Fort Hare Foundation.

    Reggie G. Naidoo

    DEPUTY CHAIRMAN

    Reggie Naidoo brings decades of experience in finance, SMME development, and social impact. With postgraduate qualifications from the University of Colorado and Wits, and a PhD thesis submitted at the University of Fort Hare, Reggie has a global perspective shaped in countries like Malaysia, Indonesia, Bangladesh, Singapore, and the US.

    He founded IBEC and IBFC to empower entrepreneurs and the unemployed in South Africa, and later led AGE Group in Johannesburg, leveraging expertise across finance, venture capital, ICT, media, and loyalty programs.

    Reggie is deeply committed to community development, serving on boards and as a trustee for organizations supporting education, health, ethics, entrepreneurship, and social impact. His long-standing focus includes clean water and sustainable energy solutions.

    Tony L. Pillay

    MANAGING DIRECTOR

    Tony brings over 30 years of banking experience, split between 15 years in Home Loan Operations and 15 years in Home Loan Product Management, Strategy, and Business Design. He previously served as Vice President at Absa and Product Manager at FNB, contributing to digital home loan platforms and growing affordable housing portfolios to over R10 billion.

    Since founding Molo Financial Services in 2019 and successfully exiting in 2023, Tony now leads JustLending, driving innovative lending solutions and financial inclusion. He holds an MBA from The Open University and UNISA, along with professional banking and management qualifications (CAIB, APMP, PMP).
